we put in an offer on a house and got outbid beyond asking price for the house and beyond what we can afford... good thing we're not in a rush and we have time...just a shame, the house itself was mint, the location was the only iffy thing...but man, sorta little bummed

Fh and I looked for a house for months!!! W were outbid, out contracted, and just plain old beat up. We just kept telling ourselfves that when we were sitting in our living room we would know why the others never worked out. Luckily it was just like that!! I can't imagine us anywhere else even tho we have a small house it is ours!!!

The process is long and frustrating but don't give up your house is out there and it will feel different when u walk in it!!!

why didnt i lose 30 pounds, i think i found your 30!! lol I agree though, if you can get through buying a house anything else will be easy peasy!! I have an amazing realtor if you need a change. we ended up leaving someone at remax b/c she is the reason we lost one house and went to century 21 and the new broker was amazing, we were in a house in 3 months.

you girls are too funny...if house hunting made me lose 30 lbs, i'd house hunt the rest of my days away til the wedding....hahahaha...but ur right i think something better will come along, who knows maybe we'll find the perfect place with a legal accessory apt so we can make money too!
