Oh yeah, I'm back at work.

And so tired.

2 kids + job =

I have to avoid the internet a lot now, I got promoted on maternity leave. Bummer. I've been in a funk lately as well...between trying to lose weight, going back to work and the exhaustion, I've been almost depressed.

Luckilly, the adult interaction makes it all worth it and I finally enjoyed a nice adult happy hour last night! Oh, and I get to eat lunch with other people.

Oh and as for the annoying mother hens, one of them is on thin ice as I am working as her assistant now and thanks to her stupidity the other day, i was doing the job of 3 people while she couldn't get her payment requisitions finished at all. She'd been working on them for 2 weeks.

Also, even though I'm broke, it's so nice to go shopping and have a fashion sense again.


I miss being on here. I miss goofing off. Of course, I don't miss no vacation time, no sick days, no understanding of what's being screamed at me (in chinese) or the puddle I used to sit in when it rained.

Whenever I see old funny thread with you posting up a storm, it makes me miss your fine asss.

Congrats on the promotion, though!

But yay working for a job that gives you a promotion when you aren't even there! That's either a great company or you are just a fantastic employee.
