Oheka Showcase

Anyone going or has anyone been? Is it worth it? I think just going to see the castle is worth it but before I lay out $40 for a showcase I was just wondering if there's decent vendors. I just went to a show and it was horrible I was glad I didnt have to pay for it.

I'm sorry but i would NEVER pay $40 for a showcase, I don't care where it is, and I think Oheka is beautiful but I guess its just not 'me' cause I am not thrilled with it.

I think $20 p/p is too much too. I mean they want our business so they charge us to check them out? I don't know maybe its just cause I have all my vendors picked out. I am using the same ones my sister used.

My photographer has been our family photographer for 25 years, the D.J. from her wedding was excellent, I only had a few halls too look at and choose the one that best suited our needs, I'm using my regular hair dresser *she is familar with my hair and does it excellent*, the girl who did my makeup for my sisters wedding did it perfect, I guess I just don't need to go to them.

I went to an Oheka showcase last year and it was the same price to get in. I would pay that again in a second. It was the best showcase I have ever been to. It was an open bar and they also had all different martinis already made lined up on the bar for anyone to take. For appetizer they had lobster, caviar, shrimp, baby lamb chops, chicken, crab cakes and I could go on and on. Also for dessert they had a full spread with 25 different desserts and also the chocolate fountain. My Mom and I had the best time. There were so many gorgeous flower vendors and so many things to look at. Oh actually I took pictures and posted after I went. I will do a search and find those for you. So yes I do agree it should be free for brides to be but I would pay again in a second. I want to go to the one on the 17th but I already have plans. My Mom was asking me when the next one was...lol.

Thanks so much for the pics they were great. I said $40 because it's for me and FH. I agree to that you shouldn't have to pay to go to these things but I just figure I'd love to see the castle and after the last free show I went to which was horrible I dont mind paying if it's worth it.
