ohhhhh jeez

the real estate just called us back....

we asked what the flexibility for move in is, being that we aren;t going to officially move in until after the wedding and HM.......so we would be basically paying for 2 months without even being there. We had no prob paying for september, especially since we will probably be moving stuff in and out, painting, buying furniture, leaving clothes, etc etc etc...........we were having an issue with august.......she just callled back and said they would hold it for us until September 1st to move in, we would just have to give her the 1 months security by this weekend, and she will hold it for us until sept 1........

decisions decisions decisions!!!!!!!!!! going back tonight with my mom....need a womans opinion bc everything to FH is 'nice'

good luck!!! i read your other post but couldnt respond...it sounds like my parents upstairs apt...if this is the same one you were talking about earlier in franklin square...the living room is a bit small, but the kitchen is a decent size. she charged 1300, so 1200 is good!

We are moving in July 31, and though the living room is small, it's worth it to save. Youre not going to find many apts for 1200 including utilities!!! GOOD LUCK!
