Oh my goodness! I can only dream about what I would do if I had that kind of money!! However, we should all keep in mind that an expensive wedding must definitely does not insure a happy marriage. We're all going to have beautiful wedding days, no matter how much or how little we're spending.

They had everything you could imagine at their wedding. It was the most amazing wedding I've ever been to!

My boss's daughter just got married at the PLAZA $350 a plate and she had over 300 people there!!

Not to mention the custom made vera wang dress and the band... oh how the list goes on!

lol ok I admit it im a LITTLE jealous!!! lol

I feel like a cheap bride....I only paid $55 a head plus tax and gratuity.

I must say that even though it was only $55 a head, it was fabulous and my family still talks about it!

how can that be when now in 2004 (8 years later) the pph isn't even 1/2 of what your saying your brother paid?

ETA: meaning price per head now is less than $150. i know because FI's brother is getting married there in 2005 and they are not skimping anywhere re: food.

The starting price is less then 150 ( which really depends b/c my cousin just got quoted 250 or some bs like that)
But that was probably the p/p after all the extras are added.... seafood boat and extra stuff on the menu, vienesse, etc.

LOL...the only thing that my wedding has in common with The Plaza wedding...is that my reception room is named the plaza...lol but it's not Trump owned nor is 350 a head!

oh to have money to burn like that!!
