baby food is nasty.
i had to spoon feed the cat baby food because she was super sick & not eating anything & i vowed to never give my kid that crap.
if you want to eat baby food the Gerber apple sauce & the Gerber peaches are good. FMIL enjoys the dessert custard when she has dental work done.

The best baby food to eat when dieting is the grabbable puffs! There like puffy cheetos and are full of veggie and sweet potatoes and they are sooooo good and they fill you up with low points!
