I think it looks fab but it's not really wedding.

IMO if you want to go dramatic I would go for something with plums because they're supposed to make brown eyes pop.

i love that 'it's not wedding' bs!! if we all knew what 'wedding' was we wouldn't need this website!!!!!!!!!
so this is what i think:
you say you wear crazy makeup everyday? then you could pull off anything girl!!!!
do the purple because I want to see it!!!!
but if you wanted to do blue, I would say amen because I think it looks hot on you!


And, I'm not just saying this because I finished off Anthony's glass of wine ;o)

i dont know, i might be in the minority but i like the other one better, but even then i would still do it a bit different.

I like this the way it was done which btw you did a great job but cant find the right words its just not working for me. Not that its too dramatic bc i like the dramatic look, and i like a bit more drama on the eyes even for a wedding but again i am not a fan of overwhelming blue eyeshadow on eyes. I think if its mixed then yeah. I liked someones idea of plum, maybe plum with black or brown

or it might be the combination of the blue eyeshadow with the darker pink lipstick that is throwing me off, maybe a more pale lip.

i thought of this too!!! but then I looked again and said to myself :' what the F do I know about makeup??????' but maybe a different lip color with the blue?

The blue/silver is gorgeous-and you do your makeup beautifully!!
OK I give very honest feedback when it comes to makeup-and you know why ;)

I'm just going to recommend that for bridal you go more classic-neutrals can still be dramatic with false lashes and liner. Especially your dress is so beautiful with all the lace, the blue shadow seems to take away from the dress. And it will look dated when you look at your pics years from now. Trust me.

I think you would look stunning if you did Carmen Electra's wedding makeup. Google her wedding to Dave Navarro and you'll see what I mean.

It's funny you guys say that.. because I thought it too and wiped it off for the later pics... but the eye part on them didn't come out as good.

ITA about the pink gloss. I usually keep my lips really sheer and light, I was trying to put some color on them this time.

I'm going to try to do it with Purples, then with more natural colors (blacks and beiges)...and take pics. Sometime during the week.

This is the only Carmen electra makeup pic I can find... but it's black and white. I can't seem to find a close up in color.

Honestly, I dont like the blue at all. I dont feel it looks natural enough for a wedding. I feel like you're supposed to look like your pretty self at your wedding, not like you're going out to a club for the night. Please don't be offended though. I think the other one was really pretty.

That's one thing I was worried about. I usually wear crazy make-up on a regular basis. I don't know what to do. I def don't want a super natural look. I want it to look like I have eye make-up on. But I don't want it to be too much at the same time. And I don't want the colors to be blah. Oh decisions decisions.

Hi! I'm a little late in the convo, I think the make up looks good .. BUT I think that there are better colors that complement your gorgeous brown eyes! Maybe if blue shadow was blended with a neutral tone it would look a little softer? I dont think the silver is working for you... If you really want the blue, try going with a nuetral shadow to blend it with...

my 2 cents

I jsut had to coment because:
I love blue....
I think I'm going w/ blue for my wedding...
However Instead of silver I will probably use warmer goldish pigment... and as far as blue i love darker blues (like midnight blue, not baby blue)
