OK Brides I need your advice

OK Brides I need your advice

My fiance and I both have daughters. My daughter is 10 and his is 7. We really want to incorporate them into the ceremony. I would like to give them something to symbolize that we are all becoming a family and possibly read something about families coming together. Does anyone have a good thought.

Let them light the unity candle, each of them also carry the wedding bands too when you exchange them?

I have heard of couples buying special rings just for the kids...and having a little part of the ceremony for giving them the rings as a symbol of the four of you becoming one family

I've seen where each child was giving a necklace by the step parent and even saw one where the bride read vows to her soon to be step daughter and then gave her a necklace.
