Is there a specific side people should sit on, I know there is a bride and groom side BUT which side is which, left-grrom or left bride thanks i didnt think it made a big difference, the past few weddings I have been to we all got mixed in

Yup. I think its because of how the bride and groom stand at the altar. The bride is on the right so her family is on that side and the same with the groom

easy way to remember is that in church they have the virgin mary on the left (and brides family sits in front of her because shes a lady) and grooms guests sit on the right in front of Joseph and hes a man! Hope that helps
