For our vows, we will be reciting an Irish Poem. It is so beautiful that I'd love to share it with everyone. I am not doing programs to save money. Petal cones are made already (or I would have written it on the doilies). The only things so far to be handed out before the ceremony are crypacks (also made already) and the cones. Can't put it on the favors b/c we donated and are having the hall hand out truffles. My only idea is to print it out 5x7 and frame it to put in the bathrooms. any others????

Maybe as opposed to putting in the bathroom, you could frame it and put it on the cake table. Or your table. Or the placecard table.

Print it on placecards
Print it on table numbers and put in frames. The table number can be a dark watermark with the poem text behind it.
Print and hand out as people leave the church (this way they'll hear it first when you recite it and then be able to read it)
Print and put it in a large frame at your placecard table
How are you letting your guests know that you made a donation? Can you include it there?
You may want to reconsider the programs. You can find pre-printed program paper really inexpensively ($20) and then print or xerox the program content and instructions on the inside.
How is the hall distributing the truffles? Can you print the poem on a card and then tie the card onto the truffle box with a ribbon?

thanx for great ideas! i will have baby pics on the placecard table, but i love the idea of printing it up on table # s. i just have to find out what size to do it. how could i superimpose it ?

I say print it out as a scroll and give them out as people are seated or attheir table settings
