Okay, just went to Staples on my lunch break. They have invitation kits, with matching program kits (sold seprate)
The Invite Kits, are very basic, you get 50, plus envelopes and response cards & envelopes for 24.99
The Program Kits are cute, a folded card, with a ribbon, you get 50 for 29.99
I will see if I can find pics...
ETS: No pics on Staples.com But I have another question, will printing them yourself, and not have the raised printing make them look cheap??

Ha Ha! I was at Staples too during my lunch break and I saw the same thing. They are pretty. I have received invitations printed on them and they are cute.

That's one of the reasons I'm using a vellum overlay - you can't do the raised printing on vellum. And no, I don't think it looks cheap either way.

It doesn't look cheap at all - I bought them there on sale for my evites in ivory - I used vellum with metallic flecks in it and used ivory ribbon for the bow - the text I did in a gold color - it looked awesome...
I addressed them in gold and they looked terrific!
I made thank you's too with our names in the same font and color!

i actually bought the cards with the silver hearts and flowers on them..i made our engagement announcements on them...they came nice but the only problem is i shopped around until i could find a program that would print them in the space that was provided..a lot of times with those kits you have to buy the cd program also otherwise you can't print from any old picture it program. then again i was using a picture so that might have been the problem..

I used the invitation kit at Staples for our Save The Dates! and I'm using the response cards that came in the kit for our thanks You's for the engagement party. I'm trying to save $ in whatever department that I can.

I used these for my engagement party invites. Everyone thought they were printed professionally. We just used Word to print them and played with spacing. We are planning on using them again for our wedding.
Thanks for the tip on Target. Anyone else know of any places that we can get the invite.
