What do you think? If you had to narrow it down to one - forget about price - WHATS THE BEST???

ETA - I want to know what YOU liked, not me - Im just curious as to what was your favorite..

Everyone is going to have a different opinion on this. I LOVE North Ritz Club. I can't actually imagine anything being any better, except maybe someplace exactly like NRC, but with nicer grounds.

There were a lot of places I didn't check out but of the ones I did, I really loved Harrison House and Carlyle on the Green. I also love the Carltun.

We really wanted a Sat night but weren't planning on having 200 people, so the whole 'minimum' thing was really working against us!

depends on what you want

water view - I'm told Lands End, Riviera, Glen Island (Westchester though)

castle - everyone says Oheka

mansion - most say Vanderbilt or Bourne

food - most say Lessings halls & Lovin Oven halls

heya amy&anthony,

i am in the same position that you are in --i am still trying to find a hall. I have been to many places and by far my favorite was Oheka Castle... the place is impecable...the ballroom is better than average... their service seems terrific. And they give you a spectacular suite for your bridal party and one for the night of the wedding. It is amazing, exactly what i dreamed my wedding would be like. I felt nothing came close or compared to it at all. Good luck finding a hall!

I really lean towards the unconventional - I am blessed enough to be getting married at my dream 'hall' - Raphael Vineyards.

Oheka Castel, imo.

I would say Carlyle or Carlton. They are both beautiful. I tried both places back in January for a Halloween weekend -05 wedding and they were both booked! Have you tried any Vineyards out east??Most of them will host a wedding even if they're not advertised in all the magazines and websites.

I know I'm biased, but now that my wedding is over I can honestly say my hall but I'm biased...
