For those of you who are completely anal, you will be able to see this from the picture that at least the skirt is askew and off center. And I am standing straight.
The other pic you can see a close up of the waist where it is not smooth at all, and if you look to the left right below the v point at the waist, it's a little puffy, which is due to the skirt being slightly off.
The last pic you can kind of see that the middle of the dress is perfectly straight down, but the sides are bent a little and puffy, indicating they are longer.

janna, the dress really is beautiful!
maybe after phyllis presses/steams (whatever seamstresses do) it, the puffiness that you see will go away.
i really don't notice any of it!

Agreed! Janna, you look terrific Can they add more tule to the front?? I see what you are saying but I am sure no one will see it but in pics they may show up and you know about it SO can you take it to someone else???
