For those of you who are completely anal, you will be able to see this from the picture that at least the skirt is askew and off center. And I am standing straight.
The other pic you can see a close up of the waist where it is not smooth at all, and if you look to the left right below the v point at the waist, it's a little puffy, which is due to the skirt being slightly off.
The last pic you can kind of see that the middle of the dress is perfectly straight down, but the sides are bent a little and puffy, indicating they are longer.

I definitely see it in the last pic. Can it be fixed? It looks like the middle part of the bottom is perfect and just the sides are too long. Can it be altered to match?

BTW, the dress is beautiful and I love the bodice. I think if it can be fixed you should go with it. It's perfect for you.

Ugh - I hate to say it, but I do see. I hope that you can at least get back your $ for the hollow to hem or a new gown. I love the bodice - I think it's beautiful - but what do you want to do right now?

not that its going to make you feel better but you look gorgeous that dress is phenomenal and perfect for you!!! I do see in the last pic what you mean but it took me awhile to notice. Fight with them - this is totally uncalled for!! do you think it can be fixed through alterations or do you think they should supply you with a new dress? if its supposed to be a hem to hollow measurement and thats the photographs from the store there is no question the dress was messed up prior to alterations - goodluck!!! keep us updated!!

I had to look at the picture like 4 times before I saw what you were talking about and even then I thought it looked normal. If it definately a manufactuing flaw you should get a replacement or at least your money back. Your dress is AMAZING regardless of the flaw!!!

After 20 mins of staring, I still dont see it. But you should try to get a replacement or see if they can fix it, cause its going to bug you. BTW you look gorgeous!! I love the way you look in it!!

I feel like it's ones of those 3D posters - I don't see it! The dress is gorgeous and does look so beautiful on you. For your own sanity (and right) see what they can do...if nothing, go with the dress. You just asked some of the most anal brides of America (we have our own web site for heaven's sake), to scrutinize the pics, and it took some of us three and four times to see the 'flaws'.
Like I said, they owe it to you to be pefect. If it can't be corrected - honestly, the dress is so close to perfect as it is.

To be honest, I had to look at it very very closeley after reading your directions a few times so to see the error. Obviously, you were cheated and they should give you your money back. But I still think you look gawgous in that gown Janna. Try to think about the positives and the negatives will work themselves out.
