Ok funny story about an engagement! & has this happened to you?

Ok, I HAD to share this! I wanted to know if this has happened to ANY of you brides?

My DH's friend just got engaged. How he proposed?????
Him & his girlfriend got into a HUGEEEEEE fight and she said something to the effect and hinting at breaking up & he said 'oh so you want to spend the rest of ur life w/ me miserable?' the he pulled out the ring and popped the question!!!!! she said yes!!!

well now i know this kid and what a cheap way to get out of a fight and not admit ur wrong! WHY DOES THE MALE SPECIES NEVER SEEM TO AMAZE ME???? lol....

A friend of a friend of mine got engaged to in a weird/funny way...

Her boyfriend came over to visit her- it was a summer month and she is a teacher, so he said to her that he and her mom had been talking and they agreed that she do something/work this summer. Well she got so mad at him and then he popped the question- he wanted her to work on planning their wedding! Too cute!!!
