Ok girls, here's your assignment for today :)

I'm in need of a good, trustworthy jeweler in the Suffolk area. I want to reset my e-ring so that the wrap and my solitaire will all be on one band. But I have no idea where to go for that, so I need your help! Thanks!

Gemport in on 25A in Northport. THey did my best friends e-ring, wedding band, and my FSIL's e-ring. The women are so nice and the work is beautiful.

Harel in Brentwood. Don't base his work on the fact that he is in Brentwood. He has been around for years. My mom and her best friend had their e-rings reset by him in the early 90's. I had my grandmother's e-ring set into a platinum bezel pendant. We go to him for everything. The owner's name is Jay and he is SO nice. He has a really funny handlebar mustache

Kaller's Jewelers in E. Setauket - 631-941-3711. Behind the Edwards (don't know what that grocery store is called any more). They do a lot of custom work.

i'm not sure if rocky point jewelers is the same as the jeweler i get my things fixed at- it is the jeweler on 25A next to Pier 1 in the Waldbaum's shopping plaza (there is also a Mace's).

Ok, here's my next question....can I trust people with my diamond, or should I take my centerstone with me? I'm so clueless on all of this! I never thought I wuold be resetting my ring, but I just think it makes more sense. I don't like having a wrap and it will look really uneven if I have it soldered.

My FH's family has been dealing with the same jeweler for years. He reset my MIL's diamond into a beautiful custom made necklace. My FH got my diamond from him and he is the only one I would trust to do anything with my ring. He is located in Commack on Jericho Turnpike. The store is Jewelry by Theo Limited and his number is 631-499-0640. If you have any questions feel free to FM me. Good luck!
