While we were on our honeymoon they moved a family of 4 into the one bedroom apartment above us. They don't stop the kid was jumping rope the other night at 11:30! Then 2 days later bouncing a ball at 8:30 in the morning. They were sent a letter about putting rugs down (it is in the lease) but all they did was put a couple of throw rugs!
There is just constant banging! It does not stop!!!

Yeah I have they sent them a letter to get rugs and then told me if I don't like it move! They are such nice people(sarcasm)

OK today's update. They were running again.
I pound on the door. They woke up their next door neighbor (she is 90). They don't answer which leads me to believe that the kid is alone again.
The other neighbor comes down to the door, she is such a sweetie. While we are sitting there talking the kid opens the door and is standing there with 2 other kids. I ask him where his parents are, sleeping. I tell him go wake them. The older brother comes down like the smug punk that he is. This also confirms that there are 5 people living there! I start screaming at him and Kathryn the old lady starts telling him that you are disturbing me also so if you are bothering me and I am next to you I can only imagine what Jamie is hearing!! This is ridiculous. 5 people! So he tells me they bought carpet I said no you didn't you bought 2 mats I saw your Mom and Dad carrying them in.

Document everything - send the managament office a letter every day if you have to, and list the dates and times.

Landlord isn't doing anything. She doesn't return phone calls she is out of the office. The super said she doesn't like me because I refuse to kiss her a$$ like everyone else. She is my age. She inherited these buildings. 3 developements I think!
Frankie talked to the office today and said that he is going to start calling every hour if someone does not call here tomorrow!
UGH! I even went to the laundrymat (we have one here but went out of the development) so that I could get out of here. I washed almost every stitch of clothing that I and Frankie own- dirty and clean!!
Thank goodness I have to go get ready to pick up my proofs and then go to a pampered chef party other wise I would go insane.
