Ok i feel a lil stupid asking this

Ok ladies I know when we give our final head count to our hall we have to make our seating chart..well we also have to put all of our guests in alphabetical order my question is ....

do i have to put each quest or each couple in order...example i have one family of four two adults and two kids do i go individually or group them . ..and
let use me and my fiance as another example if we were quests me jessica stamat and hime joe speranza would i just use his name to alphebetize or me as well ugghhh why am i making this so confusing i thought it was very self explanitory when they told me i had to this but know im feeling really dumb *** i think it may be just the stress of our day nearing but any help you ladies can give would be greatly appreciat3ed.

they only need that list in case someone doesnt know where to sit (like if they lose their placecard or something) so dont stress it too much...you can only group a family together if they are all sitting at the same table...I split up couples with different last names so that if only one of them wasnt sure where to sit they could just give their name it would be easy to find....I hope thats clear and answers your question
