Ok, I just have to say it!

I am sick and tired of dieting, working out five days a week and worrying about my weight!!!! At 35, it took me months to lose 12 pounds but only one month to put on 6 So unfair! And I still excercising just not compulsively dieting!

Thanks for letting me vent.

Although my weight came off rather quickly (WW), I'm finding it difficult to maintain the weight loss. As soon as I stop working out, I know it's gonna come right back on.

It ***** that the whole 'oh, your metabolism slows down in your 30s' story is true. I never worried about my weight until I hit 30.....

Why oh why didn't he propose 4 years ago?!!!

Trust me anyone could wear that top- it really does hid a lot of sins- its so flowy and just accentuates what you have. Believe me the pics don't show the huge roll of fat above the top of my pants!

But thanks for post- you definately made me feel better

I know the feeling, when I was 25 I could eat anything and never put on weight, from 28 and on it's all down hill, the battle begins, I was a size 0-2 and now I'm 31 and I'm a size 5-6 (how did that happen!!) and I can't get rid of the extra weight, I work out, eat regular healthy meals, don't snack, I don't know what else I have to do, STARVE myself!!!
