the flowers will be both, i think it will be fine considerin the dress is taupe

I like the idea of purple and white flowers still. I think the dress color is neutral so you need a color in the bouquet.

i am having the same problem...i wanted calla bok's for the girls but i am getting bm dresses very similar to the color you have. Now i am not sure how it would look. Pinks do go nice with that color, i am not a pink fan but i think pink bok's would be nice. I am trying to think of other ideas

Personally, I would change the color...I think you should choose color(s) that go with the color of your bm dresses better...

Our dresses for FSIL's wedding were a similar color..here are the BOKs we had

the color of the dress in this post is the color of the dress, i don't think they are many colors that don't go with it
originally the dresses were going to be light purple now they are taupe

Actually the flowers in the background of the picture are purple... maybe a hint of pink but purple enough to give you an idea. I actually think it will look gorgeous. Normally I'd say like a pink would look nice with the dress but I think the pink would pop just a bit more.

the sky is the limit with colors.
You can def. keep the purple and white flowers if you liked them.
You could also do pinks too- or anything.
i agree with christine.. almost anything can go with that color dress.. it depends what look youre going for
