Ok I'm having what one would call A BAD DAY

I guess I should elaborate. After my lovely metrocard incident this morning, I come into work to a phone call from a client who is up-in-arms over a mistake on a license she got from our west coast office. So I tell her I would get on it, and find out what happened. She says 'well I'd like to speak to '*insert bosses name* because he was the one that facilitated this'. So I say 'well, he's taking a personal day, and I can arrange for this to be handled right away'. She says 'well, I'm going to call him at home because I want him to take care of it, because he was the one that did the deal'. I said 'yes, and I am the one that makes sure the deal gets done RIGHT so I'll find out what happened'. She says 'no, I'm calling him at home'. I said 'he's taking a personal day, I really don't think it's appropriate for you to call him at home, as he requested no one call him today'.

SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

…I can definitely sympathize with you today. I am not having a good day either…

My boss called me up today and screamed at me for a MISTAKE SHE MADE!!!!! I swear, not even my mother has ever spoken to me like that…

I say FK her! If she doesn't want your help, I'm sure you can find something better to do! Let her suffer!

Why does she have his home # and hopefully he didn't answer his phone so now she has to wait.
