Misty I think the only thing we are going to agree on here is to disagree. I don't think that saying that a home looks like a trailer is appropriate on a public forum where many people may have purchased a home that looks as such AND you do not agree with the way my words came out. In two seperate posts I clearly wrote that unless one is serious about buying real estate and understands the value, they don't know what the house is worth just by a picture. I know what you are trying to say and I hope you see what I am trying to say.

it was a joke....not meant to offend anyone. I just caught up to reading these threads now, didn't get a chance to today... my DH and I just started to look into buying a house and my first reaction when I saw that pic of what I called a 'shack' was wow! How tiny for that price. To put it into perspective, my grandmother sold a very similiar house , same size and all, that was our summer home, not too long ago, in Sound Beach, LI with a lot of property for under $100k. So when I saw that home it shocked me!
Not meant to offend anyone. I for one, live in a cramped 1.5 BR apt right now....so....it was a joke. I am not living in a mansion! LOL

Maybe people should stop poking fun at others homes when they are still living in apts themselves...............
I live in a 3 bedroom apt and I will STAY there until I can afford my house with Ronnie's tatse will be about 850k in Howard Beach. I don't want to move to Long Island and the money in Florida is not what I make in NYC especially with my new job and Ronnie in the Union.
I know my Apt looks better INSIDE then most peoples homes but would I ever make fun NO Bc even with all the $$ we make I am nto ready to commit to a house even though it kills me every mt to pay rent....
I have to post pics of my APT so you girls can poke fun..
No wonder people don't post over here.. I think I have the biggest mouth and usually am the rudest and even this surpasess me...........
