so i got to thinking, and i was like, 'what the hell, just post your damn diy's already.' this site has been so helpful to me with ideas so I need to give back what little i can offer.
I have always been a little sensitive about my projects because i am a perfectionist so I am always second guessing about whether it can be better.
Go take a look at my albums. I added more pics to the DIY trial run through album and I put up a brand new 'finished DIY' album.
so stupid, but my heart is literally beating like crazy right now...

First of all love the pic on your main page. Too cute. Secondly...... YOU ARE DOING SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!!!! everything looks fabulous sweetie! I LOVE your card box. Was FH wearing his gun while putting it together? I really like the idea and if I didn't already have my treasure chest I'd steal yours lol. Your invites are going to be gorgeous. they are coming out amazing. i'm truly jealous. and your aisle runner is killer. ....and long! You are doing so much work and it really shows. Thank you!!! I designed them in microsoft publisher and then resized the font to something crazy like 900 (can't remember the exact number). I also had to adjust the printer settings. One word wound up printing over the course of like 15-20 pages and it came out very pixel-ated (don't even know if that's a word..lol). So after printing I had to cut and paste the words back together like a puzzle and then trace. I followed directions off of someone's blog but it actually didn't help me very much because I had to learn from my own trial and error. Just to let you know: I would NEVER do another aisle runner again. It was fun, it was somewhat relaxing at times, but it was also very tedious (especially because my letters are bigger than anyone else's aisle runner I've ever seen). I had my moments when i thought, 'hmm should i just stop and order this online' lol. Maybe if I had more space it wouldn't have been so bad, but my apartment is beyond cramped and that added to my frustration.

well actually another LIW bride made one and i loved it and she told me she would make me one.... so im gonna take her up on her offer... shes only charging me $60 for the runner n her painting our names n everything on it... im excited i cant wait lol

vanessa they look great and I love the box w/ all the pictures...need details so that I can steal the idea! Make sure you check the bubbles frequently cuz my friend made them too early and they evaporated lol!!
