ok ladies, the time has come

Original post by Goldie39

so i got to thinking, and i was like, 'what the hell, just post your damn diy's already.' this site has been so helpful to me with ideas so I need to give back what little i can offer.

I have always been a little sensitive about my projects because i am a perfectionist so I am always second guessing about whether it can be better.

Go take a look at my albums. I added more pics to the DIY trial run through album and I put up a brand new 'finished DIY' album.

so stupid, but my heart is literally beating like crazy right now...

Re: ok ladies, the time has come

Thanks again ladies. I have been harboring these projects for a while so it feels good to know that people like them as much as I do!

Christina: thanks for the heads up! i will definitely check them down the line to make sure they haven't evaporated! if they do, I won't be too sad since they only cost me 6.50! lol

Colleen: My screen name is goldie because it has been my favorite color since forever-ness! lol. I am a true 80's baby! There's hardly one day that goes by that I don't wear some form of gold. Even in the photocube, there's a picture of me and FH at my HS prom and I have on a gold gown...I can assure you my wedding dress will NOT have silver embellishments on it!!!!

Re: ok ladies, the time has come

it's not a dumb question! i got it from Joann's Fabric in Westbury. The good thing about it is that I had a 40 or 50 percent coupon so I only ended up paying around 17 bucks for it. The lady looked at me like I was crazy when I told her I was going to paint on it and make an aisle runner out of it. I wish she could see it now! lol.
