ok me again with cocktail hour food

so we have pork and lamb picked out and fh wants to pick out a 3rd carving station steak

does anyone else think that is too much at the carving station

ps chris you were right this is hard

I think it would be nice to have the 3rd, since some people might not eat pork or lamb.

i think carving stations are unnecessary so i'm not the right person to ask lol. can't wait till i have to make that decision!!!

i think you should have steak...some people might not eat lamb or pork but then again is only the cocktail hour so there will be other food. are they charging you more to add the steak?

hmm i do think it's kinda a lot

but i think i'm kinda diff on this than most people...i like more passed hourdeveres and less stuff to carry during CH b/c i'm a klutz and drop everything

personally think its tooo much carving. and that gets refilled slower as opposed to the chaving (my spelling stinks I know) dishes get refilled more

along with a 9 piece cold station

me tooooo!! we just had this talk today because FH and his parents want a carving station! i know at my venue wth the carving station 2 meats is standard - and with all the other food happening at weddings i think 2 meats is PLENTY! jmo!
