My mom is still debating on having it done or doing it herself. She doesn't want to spend the money to have it done. At this point though... whats another $100 to not have to do it yourself.
Although I think using the makeup artist's brushes might be part of the issue.

Is she concerned about germs? Having been a nurse, with germs grilled into me, I'm very germ conscious. But it's a burden sometimes, when I think about how carefree I use to be, and didn't worry about germs!!!! Mary MOB

Haha, no, thats the sad part, he's just crazy. Funny thing is, he used to live in a place that was so disgusting part of it was condemned (in college.) The stories he tells, its so weird how germaphobic he is now.

That's something!!!! My Mom was very addicted to cleanliness. And I think it had a lot to do with her fear of my Dad, who grew up in poor environments, and then, when his Mom died, and his Dad either could not/would not take care of all the children he fathered, Dad and his siblings went to foster homes, which must have drilled stuff into Dad, because then, he got really strict with us!!!! He was very perfectionistic!!!!! If dishes were not done properly, or firewood not stacked properly, Dad was not a happy camper!!!!! So, because of Mom/Dad, I'm the opposite!!!! I stack my firewood any which way!!!! No, not really, I still find myself trying to break certain perfectionistic behavior patterns that are just plumb ridiculous!!!!! Like, when I first married, I cleaned just like Mom, doing the ceilings, the walls, everything!!!!!! I don't clean like that anymore!!!!!! Mary MOB
