ok...need help with TIMES...POLL

so our 'rehearsal' as simple as it will be, has to be done by like 1pm (he then has to get ready and be out the door by like 2) because the best man has to work from 3-11 that evening....so would it be OK to have the RD early as well?? i mean, you gather all those people together and then say, see you at 7pm is kind of cruel....especially since many our OOT.

so what's a good time?? it will be a backyard/BBQ thing...not in a restaurant...so time is VERY flexible on our end.

Since you're already doing the BBQ thing, I would make a fun afternoon out of it. I'm sure everyone will appreciate having a fun, relaxing time if you just invite them over right after the rehearsal and then all hang out for the afternoon.
