OK - now I need a brunch place in the city

without any luck

Can anyone suggest a nice bright good food place in the city for brunch?

Its too late and honestly its too pricey $ 60 for brunch. We are thinking of taking the $60 and buying them theatre tickets to a matinee, and being in NYC is closer to where we have to go in NJ

Sea Grill in Rockefeller Center 212-332-7610

River Café in Brooklyn 718-522-5200 (Great View of Manhattan)

I think World Yacht Dining Cruises does a mothers day brunch cruise the number is 212-630-8100 or 800-498-4276

No clue how pricey The Yacht thing is

Five Points is suppose to have a great brunch

31 Great Jones Street (between Bowery & Lafayette)
212 - 253-5700

Did you try Waterzooi in Garden City? I think they might have a brunch.

I hear ya. Theatre Tix is a great Idea. There are a million restaurants in the Theatre district. Go to CitySearc.com and so a search. Lots of them have a price fix

My favorite is The View, at the Marriot Marquis. Not sure how much for Mothers Day, though
