Ok, now my RE agent is getting on my nerves

My RE agent called the other day after calling my mtge person and my atty to make sure we can close in 2 weeks. Needless to say when she called me I flipped. The seller doesnt even have the paperwork they need from the courts yet and probably wont for another couple of weeks but I should be ready (I am, thats not the point). The seller isnt acknowledging the fact that I lost my great interest rate and almost had to pay a fee for not closing on time. Also, someone broke the screen door and the seller doesnt want to do anything with that. I told her that when they can prove that they can close we'll talk. I also told her not to call me again until then and then call my atty. I cant wait until this is over, 3 mos before the wedding and I have to deal with this on top of everything else. Ugh!

This can be such a stressful time. I hope eveything works out- I'm sure it will!
