OK - i called them 4 days in a row...gave them every number i had under the sun.
AND STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL!!!!

I would go there in person, and be like whats the dilly yo. You guys haven't return my phone calls. Thats just me, without the dilly yo part, but being really pissed when i get there.

you know, bridezilla or not, its like 16 days to my wedding and they haven't returned my phone call. i feel like calling giorgios and being like, whats up with the rolling pin not returning our calls!

Stand outside with a big sign that says 'Ask me Why'
Then whoever is going to go into the bakery will ask you what the sign is about and you tell them what bad service you are getting. I am sure the store manager will be out there in no time trying to get you inside to talk to you.
My Dad did this with a friend who purchased a used car that was a lemon. They parked the car on the street and attached plastic lemons to it with a big sign on it that said 'Ask me Why.' The street is public property. The guy had a new car in no time.

i went down there once before! they were like, you need to make an appointment with dave, the owner.......thats who i have been calling i tell them like EVERY DAM DAY!
funny thing is, i get calls from La Bonne, Audrey's, Cakes by Jay, etc....all of whom i have called about their cakes....
what the heck is up with rolling pin!

So why don't you use one of those other places for your cake instead? Is it because Rolling Pin cakes are included with your contract? If so then I would call the hall and complain.

yes, rolling pin is included in my contract...i haven't seen any cakes from there i even like but FH and i were like, ok, we are doing vienesse, so lets get the 'free' cake....

I would call the hall and complain like he!!. then I would request a refund for the free cake or some type of compensation so I can take my business elsewhere. I would go to another bakery.
