i was down about 40 lbs and then i gaied back btw 10-12 i keep going up and down Its driving me nuts! I think it has a lot to do with the fact i switched offices that i work in and this office is very slow and i sit on my butt all day long and i dont get home until 730 and im too tired to do anythinga t that point. Once I start my new Job in Jan i will be running my butt off at work so i hope that helps. I need to join WW. I did good on it but I stopped bc im a fatty

Re: Ok seriously
Same here WW and the gym 3 times a week. Since October I have lost 15 pads and working on losing an additional 15. WW is unveiling a new program this week. Hopefully it'll help.

Re: Ok seriously
I've lost 20lbs in the last 10 weeks on WW.
They just unveiled a new program this week. Core is out, it's all Flex plan. They have a new tracking book and have foods that are considered 'filling foods'. Not only do you track what you eat, but how it makes you feel - are you hungry an hour later or good for a few hours. That way not only are you tracking points, but what foods work for you personally.
I think you should go in, check out the new program, and give it a try for a few weeks.
As someone who was 'on and off' weight watchers several times, I can say that the only time I maintain a weight loss is knowing I have to get on a scale every week. Once I know there is no weigh-in, I get in the 'I'll diet tomorrow' mode.
