Any kind of candy should work. Don't do the jordan almonds, I think they taste pretty gross!!!

I think I can make them look very elegant...but I just found out that the sides have to be put together with double stick tape or glue. Hmpf.
Price you pay for winning them on ebay!
I like the idea about the designer M&M's, but I think I would need A LOT to fill 200 of these. And I am not a good judge of how much to get!

We used boxes just like that for my best friend's shower...one of the girls made chocolates to put in them...they were in white chocolate and milk chocolate and different wedding shapes but that was in 2000 so I don't remember anymore!

I like both ideas of the M&M's and the Hershey kisses. After Valentine's day you could probably pick the bags of kisses up for 50% off, just store them in a cool place. The bag is very nice.

i was going with the M&M's, jelly belly's, hershey kisses. or how about hershey's hugs and kisses. do they still make those hersgey hugs??
what about if you go to BJ's and get a 5 pound bag of tootsie rolls or some other kind of fun candy you can fill it with that.
maybe go to a dylans candy store in manhattan (59th street and 3rd ave i believe. its right across the street from the back of bloomies) and the store has beyond more candy then you could ever imagine.

To find the Jelly Beans, try places like : Costco (price club), BJ's or Sam's Club Some times checking out the website online for Jelly Belly, because you might just be able to purchase them online at a cheap price. Good Luck!

Do they have to be candy??? What about a packet of seeds to plant a flower or plant?? I received that as a favor for a christining I went to and thought it was so sweet. There was saying attached to it too... I don't know, just trying to give a different idea..

Here's my plan.
I am going to the store to buy a 1 pound bag and will fill the boxes. From this, I will be able to determine how many boxes a pound fills, then I will do the math!
