Ok so I bought these favor boxes...

...minus the pink ribbon....and I am at a loss as to what to fill them with that won't be cheapo. Any suggestions? Preferably stuff I can get in bulk, besides Jordan Almonds...

I am actually doing something like this for our favors. I am puuting a cd in each bag and then other things that relate to us. For instance my favorite candy is jelly beans and FH is pepermint patties. I am going to put a little pack of each (wrap in tulle) and then put a little note on each. The things in the bag will tell each guest a little bit about the bride and groom.

Do you have any clue if they make hershey kisses with special color foils? I would love it if I could get them in light blue!!!

Probably during Easter, no? They have pastel wrappers on them... however, you'll have to separate to keep all the blues, may be a lot of bags!

Melting? I don't think you'll have a problem in April/May, but once you have all the kisses, put them in a plastic bag and shove them in a drawer in the refrigerator! That's all I could think of that would work!
