FH and I just did the 30 day crunch...and it was worst than I could have ever imagined!!!
I am soooooo out of shape!!!
And to top it off, FH kept farting so I really couldn't breath

haha yeah its tough but its a good workout!

youre out of shape??!!!!! how about i played table hockey a few weeks ago and i was so SORE! from effing table hockey!!!!! and so was my leg, how that happened i have no idea since you obviously stay put during this game
