I went dress shopping for the first time a few weeks ago at Bridal Reflections in Massapequa and I fell in love with a dress. My mom wants me to conintue shopping which I understand since she doesnt want me to settle on something so important. But I dont think I'm settling since I LOVED this dress. I just wanted another opinion on the dress. Please keep in mind that the dress is big and no one was there to hold the extra material when my mom and I took the pictures. What do you think?

I love it! If your mom wants you to look, just look for her. I thought I found my dress but I wanted to look a little more just in case and then I decided on a different, very similar dress! If that first one really is for you, you'll definitely know once you start trying on other dresses. Good luck!

i found my dress the first time i went looking - i love it - it was nothing like what i thought i wanted - it was the total opposite - i stopped looking because the price was right and i didnt want to confuse myself - i figured i loved the dress and it was less than i wanted to spend so it was a score....sometimes i get in moods where i second guess myself and wish that i kept looking and tried on more dresses but then there are other days that i love my dress - i think if i kept looking i probably would have second guessed myself still, just because that is the type of person i am (and i see a lot of brides second guess on here - so it could be a normal thing) if you love it, go for it - i think its very elegant and pretty!

I think that it's beautiful, but it can't hurt to just look around for a little longer. Maybe try on a few more within the next week or so. You don't want to end up seeing something that you COMPLETELY love AFTER you already ordered this one. I heard of it happening on here sooo many times. I still need to go try mine on..>I already know exactly what I want...ha.... but the price ist the only thing holding me back. I'll post up pics when I go...I have an appt. soon. But, I'll be trying on SEVERAL that day...just to be 100% SURE!! :)
i think if you feel its the one, you should stop looking. You might keep changing your mind if you look to much.
keep looking - it won't hurt you to go to a few more shops. Enjoy the experience with your mother. It is a pretty dress on you and it might be the one for me my dress was the second day of looking but I still looked for over a month and found it at another shop for $400 less.
