Is your wedding really in 3 weeks? You should call back and ask to speak with a manager. That is unacceptable. You ordered it 9 months ago and they can't tell you when it will be in. You still have to get alterations. If that doesn't work then go in person and don't leave till you get an answer JMO.

happened to a friend of mine...came one week in before wedding...she got alterations for free for her trouble. Ask how they are going to compensate you! Thats if you get the dress...errrr
