the guy who his his car backing out of a spot... calls up saying stupid things(a whole bunch of things) anyways...... wellllllll the guy left a message on FIL's cell phone, admiting that he did the damage resposible for the accident.. so there is proof testimony saved!

the guy said things like if it went through insurance it would be 50/50..(no fiance works for a car insurance company he knows it would be 100% the guys fault).. then says ' i dont trust your shop, ill only pay for it to be fixed at my shop'.. so they are just going to put it through insurance.. they have a SAVED message the guy left admitting to hitting his car... pretty stupid...
