my 2 friends that just had babies used the names that me and DH wanted
w t efff? and what are the chances???

they didnt know about our 'list', but still.... this effin annoys me

That's so funny you mention this. My cousin got married last February and we were talking baby names and we both want exactly the same names. And they're not exactly popular names either- Liam & Fiona. She just had a daughter (Keira) though so maybe we'll beat her to it. Even if she does beat us there, I'm still naming my kids that! I don't care!

I always want things and then other do them before its my time to do so

just ONCE I want to be the special one w/o interference! ugh!

lol i hate to even admit it, but it was annoy me.

and i had 2 friends in college that liked the same names and stayed really close after graduating.

they had girls within a year of each other and named them the same thing...and I mean with the middle name too. and..they grew up together. how weird is that?

I have a few girl names that I looove and I don't tell anyone bc I don't want anyone to steal them. But everytime I hear of someone having a girl I pray they wont use my names!

Sorry that happened to you.

Same thing happened to my sister when our niece was born. My sister was only 16 when our niece was born & happened to say 'oh I love the name Nicole Rose.' Our niece/Goddaughter is named Nicole Rose. My sister was crushed. Ever since then my sister refuses to ever say she likes or dislikes a name.

aww. I know how you feel.....

dummy me..... in helping my sister choose names for her kids, my niece and nephew are now named my favorite names......
