We just spent a ton of money to get our car fixed and now the same thing that we just had fixed broke again. My FH doesn't want to take it to the same shop because it is so far away and we don't want to pay the towing, not to mention if they messed it up once who knows what they will mess up this time. Good thing it was him and not me I wouldn't know that that thing broke.

I would bring it back there and demand that they fix it, it probably shouldnt break again if it was just fixed unless they did something wrong, otherwise you are just going to pay another truckload of money to someone else to fix it. I know its frustrating, but good luck with getting it fixed for good!

I would think that if the same problem happened after they fixed it, they would be responsible to do the work again or give you your money back. Was there anything like that on the work order you signed?

Anytime I had something fixed and it broke right away I took it back to the original place that fixed it. Why pay all that money to have someone else fix it. Any reputable shop will fix it free of charge and probably cover the towing also. Give them a call and find out. It could have been an honest mistake or problem. Or it might be something else that is making this thing break twice. Good luck, this car stuff can really s$%k sometimes.
