OK We got the house!!!!

My DH doesn't want me to post a picture I am sorry but it is HUGE 4bedrooms family room living room formal dining room and eat in kitchen, coy pond full basement and more-AND MOVE IN CONDITION!!!! I am completely in love. We had the engineer in today so I can stop venting about how horrible the process is! (but it is HORRIBLE)

My real estate agent is AWESOME if anyone needs a recommendation please let me know. I have known her for many years and she is awesome. She loves working with young couples starting out.

My engineer was awesome. He gave us a whole binder of information on what to look for as a homeowner, future checklists per season and a CD rom on how to do a lot of do it yourself stuff. If anyone needs his contact information please let me know.

Thank you all-- and due to the amount of views and my DH's feelings I can't tell more about the house. He is doesn't want some 'people' popping by for a visit-lol!

But I can tell you that I love the house as does he and we are very lucky that the couple really liked us and knew how much we loved it!

There is nothing like owning your own home! The whole process to get that home really stinks but believe me, it is SO worth it!
