OK: What do you think of this for an MOB dress?

My mom is considering this dress....
The BM's gowns are Euro Red, so it's in the red family, but not identical, so she wouldn't look like a BM.....and MINUS that bow. She wants to put a pretty pin/brooch there instead....

Very pretty. Do you know who the designer is ? I've just started looking myself and I have a feeling it's not going to be an easy task to find that special MOB dress.
