We are waiting for the baby's furniture to be delievered. Who wants to bet that they will show up within the next half hour (they should have been here 20 minutes ago)? That the furniture will be fine? That all the pieces will be here? Keep in mind my past luck

They'll definately be late, especially in weather like this. Last time we got furniture, the expected delivery time was between 8 am and 5 pm...no joke. Naturally, they didn't get here until 3:30

Ok Still no here. I don't care what time they get here honestly. We are both home so I am not stuck in the house, but just don't lie. I HATE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!
Funny thing they said the only other delivery they had today was a glidder in Selden. They originally wanted to reschedule because there was nothing really on the truck?
Oh well getting all of my grading done now.

How can an entire industry get away with this kind of customer service? How hard is it to put the correct items on the truck???

I will say the delivery guys felt horrible. I was not pissed about the dresser- things break and we are not talking about expensive expensive furniture like we purchased for the rest of the house, but putting the wrong crib on the truck They didn't even have to open it for me to read the outside of the box to know it was not the right crib! That is just STUPID IMO!!!!
Thank goodness DH learned his lesson from the last time and actually put this on the credit card. Last time he would only pay cash since we have no CC debit.
Can't wait to hear what they say.
