OK, Yankee Fans may have been wrong last night...

throwing stuff on the field, but in no way do they compare to the low life, pathetic, classless and disgusting red sox fans that were at the games at Fenway park. I just heard some of the chants Red Sox fans were making at the stadium when they were there and all I can say is that Boston should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. They were chanting, to Marianao Rivera, who days before tragically lost two relatives in a freak accident, WHO'S YOUR LIFEGUARD. OK, now I know its a big rivalry between the two teams, but to go after someone like that, who just tragically lost two close family members, well, that is just plain disgusting, pathetic and sad. Do the people in boston have brains????

I'm not surprised by the Boston fans doing that. I am however surprised at the Yankee fans throwing things onto the field.

But yes it was pretty stupid and nasty for the fans to do that.

Assuming you ARE looking for an answer to your question, as a matter of fact we DO have brains. I do not think I have seen Riot Gear @ fen though. As a former NY'er, I was embarrassed . . .

Riot gear was uncalled for and an overeaction. Fenway fans are not so innocent. They too are guilty of throwing things onto the field in previous series.

Never said we were innocent or that NY wasn't - just qualifying the brains question - no harm no foul.

You were taking a shot by bringing up the riot gear trying to imply that the Yankee fans are worse then the Red Sox fans. I was just reminiding you that the red sox fans are not so innocent.

Re: OK, Yankee Fans may have been wrong last night...

They were actually changint 'Who's your lifeguard?'

And to think I thought the Boston T-shirts of 'JETER HAS AIDS' couldn't be topped.
