Okay ladies, which one?

People who are going crazy over favors raise your hands! Oh mememememememememe!!!!
Out of these two which would you like?

An ornament of some kind It will not have our name/dates on them

Or the candle thingamaboggy as pictured below.

Edited to say: we are planning on doing the red and white place card holders below so I was concerned about the whole 'too much ornament' thing.

since you are not putting your name and date on the ornament I would go with the candle.

ornament for my tree without names engraved on it. Maybe you could write LOVE or something on it.

An ornament people will keep forever. The candle thing people will throw away once it runs out of fuel.

Maybe take the ornament and just tie a ribbon on w/ your names & date on it. or get an ornament that is wedding related so people will remember where they got it from.

I would post the ornament except....I havent' found one I liked yet The only thing was was that we were going to do these things as placecard holders and wasn't sure if it was too much ornament-ish (I guess I should've mentioned that )

I LOVE giving and receiving ornaments as gifts...So I vote for the ornament!!! An ornament is something that will remind your guests every year of your wedding!!

Ornament...friends did that and then everytime you decorate the tree brings back memories of them and the wedding.... Guess because I have so many candles that I don't know what to do with them all !

I got an ornament as a favor for a wedding I went to in 1994 and I *still* put it on my tree, and it even says their name and the date, but only on the ribbon that it hangs from. A candle would go in the garbage after a few months in my house.

I like the candle. It looks pretty , and it just has snowflakes so anyone can use it.

I love the candle idea!!! it is very simple and people will probably use it again!! So cute

Also, not everyone uses ornaments or they are particular about them.... JMO
