Okay last ques. re: RD invites and it's a doozy!

When you send the RD invite is it an invitation strictly for the dinner portion of the rehearsal or is it for the whole shabang? Right now my invite is worded like this (abbreviated):

Please come to a rehearsal
at church
at 7
on date

dinner immediately following
given by FMIL

Or is it supposed to be

come to dinner
hosted by FMIL
at restaurant
blah blah blah

immediately following church

Does it matter?

I made ours for the whole thing. Basically everyone who is going to the dinner part are the same as the people that need to be at the rehearsal itself in the church (for us). I'd go with your first option.

I would invite to the church and then at the bottom say dinner to follow.
