Heather, can you get to the Cross Island?

Take Cross Island North towards the Whitestone bridge.

Get off at Northern Blvd. West...I'm pretty sure it's # 31W

Take Northern Blvd. about a mile

Turn right at Bell Blvd. (White Castle is at the corner)

Crazy Moose is a couple of blocks, on the right.

2 OPTIONS:

Take the LIE to EXIT 28 (Oceania/Francis Lewis Blvd). Stay on the service road, go down to Francis Lewis Blvd (it's the 2nd light, you're going to Barney's Gas station on your right and Bayside Diner right in front of you). Make a right onto Francis Lewis Blvd. continue on Francis Lewis Blvd for about 4 lights till you hit Northern Blvd. (you're going to see a Greek Gyro place on your right hand side and a Diner on your left). At Northern Blvd. make a right. Stay on Northern until you hit Bell Blvd (about 4 lights-you're going to see a shopping center on your right and White Castle on your left). Make a left onto Bell Blvd. Crazy Moose on the right hand side, I think 2 lights down.

OR
You can take The LIE to Cross Island (towards Whitestone Bridge). On the Cross Island get off at Northern Blvd West make a right (it's a ramp, so you can only go right). Continue on Northern until you hit Bell Blvd (White Castle will be on your right this time, right in front of you). Make a right onto Bell Blvd. and Crazy Moose will be on your right hand side about 2 lights down.

see I would take LIE to Springfield (exit 29) and then stay on the service road...the next light is Bell...then you also get to see all the beautiful tudor houses

Yeah I think it may be the most straight foward way. When you get off the LIE on Springfield and hit Bell Blvd, make a right onto Bell. Continue on Bell and cross over Northern Blvd (before crossing over Northern, you're going to pass a few stop signs and about 3 lights. The 3rd light should be Northern Blvd (it's a big intersection, so you shouldn't miss it) . Once you pass Northern Blvd, Crazy Moose will be on your right a couple of lights down.
