i dont think theres a set rule for who should take care of it or pay/plan it...
but my mother is taking care of everything and she's have my MOH help her out with a few things.

I would think your mom and the BP. In my case, I think my mom and my aunts are going to be doing everything (they are already talking about it and I have like another year and 1/2 )
