Okay WHY did I go with Vistaprint? UPDATE: GOT REFUND!

They're so sneaky! It happened to me when I ordered my STDs- I got some random monthly charge from them. You'd think I'd have learned.

This time, I order my TYs...and they keep popping up screens to order more stuff. I accidentally ordered 100 more TYs!!!

And my order confirmation says you can't make ANY changes once you go through! They are sleazy and sneaky! No wonder they're so cheap!!!

And I can't call them cuz they're closed!!

UDPATE:
I wake up this morning, check my email and I get an email that it had been SHIPPED! I had called them every day since the order was placed- and they were closed due to the hurricane. Needless to say I was not happy. I even sent them an email telling them not to ship the other 100. So I called, had plenty of attitude and got what I wanted. He first offered a store credit and I said 'I want a refund because I will no longer be using this service.' So I got an email confirming the refund. Whew!

Some advice girls- DON'T BE A DUMMY like me! READ everything and be careful! Otherwise everything is fine with this place. They just want to sneak crap in at you in every way possible. Make sure you avoid checking boxes- or uncheck boxes that might be a default. HTH!

oh man...when i saw you used VistaPrint instead of Shutterfly i was like...ohhh no! I have used them here & there for a few things but they kept f-ing up an order & blaming it on me...i was like i have 12 years experience as a Graphic Artist...it's YOU!!!! I know how to set up art...you don't know how to output it correctly! Needless to say i will never use them again...Shutterfly.com and Kodakgallery.com are both great sites to use!! Sorry you are dealing with this!!!

I do but just the wallet size. I believe I'd have to pay extra for the notecard style so I just went with vistaprint.

I did postcards with a photo on them that actually came out nice (for my business)...they couldn't print a post it note to save their life though...haha..I am sure the photo will be fine...i just like Shutterfly, especially when they have a sale or your get a coupon code in the e-mail!!!

Yeah...my STD postcards were great and free! But my sister designed that one and knows more about layout than I do. Oh well, guess I have to wait and see!

Oh duh I shoulda checked for coupons...I think they did have a sale though but vistaprint was still WAY cheaper. Hmmm have I not learned you get what you pay for?

OOOMMMGGGG the same thing happened to me!!!! but i never ordered from them again and refuse to!!!!! i was livid...after a lot of yelling they changed everything to the way i wanted it!

ETA: and gave me a credit for the charge!

OMG that's terrible. They will be out of business in no time if they keep this up.

Don't worry I had an issue very similar and I called like many days later, and they refunded my money in full I did have to a little b-i-t-c-h-y though to get my way

i dont understand how that happens though
ive been using them for years and have never been charged for anything other than what i ordered

Yeah after I thought I had finalized my order, another screen popped up- and there was my thank you. So I thought it didn't go through. stupid me didn't really read it -and I think that's how they make their $$ - throwing things in people's faces when they're not really reading! So I clicked on it and then I realized I ordered 100 more!
