Okay WHY did I go with Vistaprint? UPDATE: GOT REFUND!

They're so sneaky! It happened to me when I ordered my STDs- I got some random monthly charge from them. You'd think I'd have learned.

This time, I order my TYs...and they keep popping up screens to order more stuff. I accidentally ordered 100 more TYs!!!

And my order confirmation says you can't make ANY changes once you go through! They are sleazy and sneaky! No wonder they're so cheap!!!

And I can't call them cuz they're closed!!

UDPATE:
I wake up this morning, check my email and I get an email that it had been SHIPPED! I had called them every day since the order was placed- and they were closed due to the hurricane. Needless to say I was not happy. I even sent them an email telling them not to ship the other 100. So I called, had plenty of attitude and got what I wanted. He first offered a store credit and I said 'I want a refund because I will no longer be using this service.' So I got an email confirming the refund. Whew!

Some advice girls- DON'T BE A DUMMY like me! READ everything and be careful! Otherwise everything is fine with this place. They just want to sneak crap in at you in every way possible. Make sure you avoid checking boxes- or uncheck boxes that might be a default. HTH!

yeah i did! i went threw my order like a million times because i did hear things about them and i STILL used them i hope i dont get that monthly charge. how much was it?!

Monthly charge was $14.95....they unsubscribed me with no problem. But this order is gonna be hairy cuz it's 100 extra TYs that I don't need!!! Being that they're closed due to the hurricane, you'd think they haven't gone to print yet....

oh man wait so u didnt subscribe and they charged you anyway! thats messed up. i hope that doesnt happen to me DH would kill me cause we used his card! ill have to ask him to check it. how soon did u notice it? im worried now ive heard this so many times before too. oh i didnt know they were closed i guess iwont be getting my rush order that i paid for

Supposedly a pop up screen comes up asking if you want to join some stupid club. I never saw it, next thing I know I see a weird charge the next month from vistaprint. Honestly, it's not a huge deal- that you can take care of right away, they refund it no problem. I'm just worried they'll go to print before I get a chance to stop them and that they'll give me hell wanting a refund!

aww i hope things work out for you! so if you cant get ahold of them they are going to charge you for the extra thanks then right? i really hope u can get ahold of someone. let me know how ur thank yous come out. i never ordered from there before and hoep they come out nice!! GOOD LUCK!

Im glad you got your refund wheeew! i jave orderd from them numerous times and never got mysterious charges or things sent without being ordered. I will keep an eye out for the pop up you mentioned for the 'club'. Thanks for posting.
