plus she wont even be there!!!!! the seller will be away for 2 days!!!! ughhhhhh
hopefully we can set up some fence/roofer to come over and give us estimates!!

Wow, ladies, that is awesome for both of you. Megan, you have the patience of a saint!
We are just waiting for the bank appraisal- I am hoping we go by May 6 since that is when our rate expires. The sellers are moving May 4 so I am crossing my fingers.

Congrats all... I am actually getting ready to goto my closing this morning.. I too cant get into the house untill 5/2 - UUGGHHH - I am not going to like that one bit....

We got the clear to close yesterday We haven't set a date though, because we need to line it up with the closing on my co-op. We're hoping for two week's time.
ETA: Hope everything works out Megan, you deserve it

We have one last thing to have filled out by our bank, then our mortgage person said we should have our clear to close.....we were scheduled to close (in our contract anyway) on April 30th, but not sure if they do that on a Saturday.....
